What is the bag policy?

SMALL CLUTCHES/PURSES/WALLETS/Side/FANNY PACKS
Small clutch bags or fanny packs, that do not exceed approx. 4.5″ x 6.5″ (we are not going to be hardcore about measuring bags, just close to this size please), with or without a handle or strap

Is re-entry Allowed?

Yes! Re-entry will be allowed

Is free water available? Are camelbaks allowed?

Water will be available
Empty hydration packs and water containers up to 32oz are allowed

If I give a ticket to a friend do they need to change the name on the order?

Tickets do not require a name change

Are hotels offering shuttle service?

Please contact your hotel directly

How can I get a media pass?

We no longer offer media passes

How do I receive an ADA pass?

Please visit the guest services table at main gate.
Please note that ADA viewing areas have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first served basis

Is ADA viewing available?

Yes, ADA viewing will be available at each stage

Are chairs available for ADA?

Yes, there will be limited seating available. You are also welcome to provide your own chair.

Is Sloss wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. It is an outdoor event with some distance between stages. If it rains there could be mud.

Are service animals allowed?

While pets are not allowed at Furnace Fest, service animals trained to provide assistance are welcome. However, emotional support animals, therapy animals, companion animals,  are not permitted. Only service animals trained to perform a specific task are permitted.

Can I bring prescription or dietary foods?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless medically necessary. Re-entry is allowed and parking is a short walk away. Prescription medication is allowed in the original package with an id matching the prescription label.  

Acceptable Items  

• Empty Camelbaks and other water containers up to 32oz
• Iphone/Smartphone cameras
• Sunglasses, sunscreen, hats, ear plugs
• Personal size umbrellas and parasols
• Folding chairs (regular size only - no chairs in stage viewing areas)
• Vape pens and e-cigarettes
• Cigarettes ONLY within DESIGNATED smoking AREAS
• *ALL BAGS & PURSES ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH UPON ENTRY*

Prohibited Items

• Illegal substances
• Drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Weapons of any kind (knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)
• Pets (service animals permitted)
• Laser Pointers
• Glass, cans, cups, or coolers
• Markers, pens, or spray paint
• Tents or large umbrellas
• Alcohol or outside food or beverage
• Professional audio, video, or cameras with detachable lenses
• *Prescription medications are allowed only in the original bottle with a photo id matching the prescription. Over-the-counter medications are allowed.*
